Crash. Boom! Many people often ignore the do not drive with the four 4Ds: drunk, drugged, drowsy, and distracted. Out of all these four Ds, “distracted” is the most neglected one. The way that the driver neglects “don’t drive distracted” is often by texting while driving. According to a “study conducted in February 2019, 69% of drivers from the United States between the ages of 18 and 64 expressed that they use their cell phone whilst driving.” Being an ignorant person is not big of a problem if it doesn’t affect others; yet in numerous situations, texting while driving ends up sacrificing other people’s lives as well. So why don’t we all take some time to reflect back on our treacherous habits?
