The first picture was taken on the right side of the Best Sunshine Casino which is being constructed by Imperial Pacific International Holding Limited. This casino has caused so much pain yet joy to Saipan. This whole building was supposed to open in December 2016 with a cost of $50 million. However, on July 2017, they had their soft opening. To this day, they have been fined for many inequality problems for their workers and damaging the environment. But other than that, they are the largest tax payer.
