Pine trees like the one in the picture below, is found in the Northern Hemisphere and subtropical climates. They could grow up to 13,000 feet! These trees could live up to 4,800 years old. Pine trees have needle like leaves and produces pine cones that have either female or male sex organs. They are grown in acidic, well drained soil and is a habitat to many insects.
