Everyday in our lives, we unintentionally walk around to do certain things. Maybe it’s getting some water or to change clothes, but to achieve it, we would have to walk and get it. Thus, walking inconspicuously takes a huge portion of our daily routine. However, it would be better if we can intentionally walk to stay healthy! Walking can significantly improve one’s health. It “increases cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance.” This will prevent or lower the risk of one getting all sorts of sicknesses. Also, walking is an easy way to start exercising since it doesn’t require anything but an effort! Additionally, this time of walking can allow one to meditate and release stress by focusing on the physical activity being performed. By walking at least 30 minutes a day, one can definitely upgrade their physical health as well as their mental health.
