One of the biggest issue that people will come by in quarantine, is isolation. A study done by a group called The Lancet said it can bring about stress, and other bad side effects pyschologically. To counter this, The Lancet put a good lists of things to do that could help with your quarantine problems. One way that could help with this, is to try not to think about it by doing something that could help pass time, like reading, playing games, or playing an instrument. It’s important to try to keep a strong mentality when in quarantine, as it can effect how you are after it.
