Golden Hour, Golden Health

Every day, people around the world enjoy the beautiful sunset as the sun goes down after a long day. The palette of red, orange, and yellow mixed with passionate blue color erases all the worries and the stress and brings comfort and relaxation. This peaceful time is often referred to as the “Golden Hour”, where many people use to go out and enjoy the happy hours with families and friends. But now that everyone is quarantined in their house due to COVID-19, having great time with families and friends during the golden hour isn’t a usual thing to do. However, it is important to know that these difficult times are the best time to take a good look at both our mental and physical health. Due to job loss, cuts in wages, curfews, and restrictions on all sorts of things, it is easier for us to get stressed and just do nothing. But instead of spending our golden hours doing nothing, it is worthwhile to spend our golden hours releasing stress and stretching our body under the cool breeze to shape both our physical and mental health into a golden health!
