It is without a doubt, that there is great stress with dealing with quarantine in this epidemic. To do nothing about dealing with it, will clearly cause a lot more problems during, and after quarantine. It’s important to try to find a way to cope with stress, in order to help strengthen you, your family, and your community. Things like playing guitar, watching tv shows, playing around with stuff, and others can help with stress. It’s also important to maitain a healthy body, and not take anything that could cause problems down the line. “Coping with stress will make you, the people you care about, and your community stronger.” (CDC)
