This yummy fruit has load of Vitamin C when they are green, but as they get riper, they start to have more Vitamin A. It is the national fruit in 3 countries- India, Philippines, and Pakistan. They grow abundantly at this time of the year, so go get some yummy mangoes and enjoy!
